Description. Currently recruiting experienced Breakfast Chef for 5* Hotel in Co Cork. We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Hotel Chef looking for a new opportunity to work on their own initiative and take responsibility for Breakfast service in the Hotel.   Successful candidate will demonstrate flair and culinary talent in addition to proven team management and HACCP knowledge. You will be very organised and disciplined, an early riser with good communication skills and be responsible for preparation and service and contribute positively to the overall management of the Kitchen. Candidates must have at least two years hands on experience in a similar 4/5* establishment and wish to join a team dedicated to ensuring a great food experience and happy guests.
