Leading 4* Co Kerry Hotel has an opportunity for a n exprienced Food and Beverage Manager to join the team, the Hotel has a choice of Food and Beverage Outlets and Wedding / Conference facilities. You need to spent your time on the floor with your team during service, building an excellent rapport with guests, but also strategic time planning new developments and ungrading systems and procedures., The opportunity is to manage all Food and Beverage aspects of the Hotel, support and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and improve standards and service on an ongoing basis. The  Food and Beverage Manager will have a good business experience in busy 4* F & B properties and will be fluent in current business, leisure and Vacation trends. Naturally you will be highly organised and motivated with a passion for Training and professional development. Obviously you need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect, demand and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations. Strong Sales and Financial Management experience in this role is required.
