We are currently recruiting for a Group Sales & Marketing Manager for our Client, a leading 4* Hotel Group. The Group Sales & Marketing Manager will have overall responsibility for all Sales & Marketing activities of the Group and will be. responsible for leading the Sales & Marketing team. The Group Sales & Marketing Manager will ensure brand effectiveness and will be responsible for maximising revenue opportunities and business development in all areas, domestic, leisure, corporate, conference and MICE. The Group Sales & Marketing Manager will work positively and collaboratively with the Group Revenue Manager, the General Managers and the Sales & Marketing team.  The Group Sales & Marketing Manager will report to the Group Managing Director and the role will primarily be based in Head Office, Wexford Town and must be available to travel between all properties as required.  Requirements:   6 years plus sales experience within a hotel group;  6 years plus marketing and digital experience within a hotel group;  5 years plus experience leading and managing a team to achieve results;  Third level Sales & Marketing management qualification;  Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;   For full details please contact Richard Lynch at 086-8333677 and forward current CV to Richard in Word Format.
