Senior Marketing Manager, Financial Services Our client is one of the world's leading professional services consulting firms. Their focus in on delivering solutions to complex business challenges. We are recruiting for a Financial Services Manager with experience working within financing services to join the team. Ideally you will have knowledge of local and global trends in this space. You will be part of a high performing marketing and business development team in a fast-paced environment within a global professional services organisation. Responsibilities: Strategy & Communication. Together with the Industry Lead Partner drive the development and monitor the execution of Go To Market strategies across growth areas, including sectors, clients & offerings. Drive strategic business development activities, ensuring a proactive approach. Build a strong cross-firm industry community. Strengthen connections across our Global & European network. Eminence, Marketing & Thought Leadership. Create, lead & deliver a marketing plan that aligns with financial objectives. Develop projects, set time-line, work with marketing COEs to execute end-to-end campaigns across multiple marketing channels. Support Industry lead in setting sector insights agenda & the development of local sector insights. Portfolio management & Sales enablement. Support annual account planning, forecasting processes and working with COE to develop efficient processes & governance. Build a culture of sales excellence & sales enablement. lSkills: Commercially focused individual who understands the Financial Services market in Ireland. Strong understanding of business development in a professional services context. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate concepts into executable plans. Strong project management skills. Ability to interact with all levels. Strong communications, writing & presentation skills. A blend of commercial/business development/marketing experience within the financial services sector. Strategy planning & implementation experience. Degree qualified. Proven track record of working in a complex environment.
