Cork City 4* Hotel are currently recruiting Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. We are seeking a motivated and committed Manager looking for an opportunity to work with a prominent Cork 4* Hotel. Hotel offers a wide range of Meeting Rooms, Banquet and Conference facilities and busy Food and Beverage Outlets. Successful candidate will demonstrate solid Operational experience in addition to proven team management and detailed conferencing and F&B knowledge including Financial Performance of the Department. You will be commercially aware with good communication and leadership skills and be responsible for Duty Management Shifts and operations of the ground floor mainly. Candidates must have 2/3 years hands on experience in a similar 4* establishment and wish to join a team dedicated to service quality.
