We are seeking an Inbound Retention Agent who will work in our Customer Retention Team on a full time basis at PrepayPower state of the art head office. The successful candidate will be highly target driven with strong experience working with retention or sales preferably in a Utilities industry. Our workplace is fast-paced and innovative. Your New Role Responsibilities: Receiving daily inbound retention calls from customers. Dealing with warm leads responding to letters, emails and texts sent out by our admin team. Suite of Retention tools available encourage customers to stay with PrepayPower. Manage daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to maintain performance and customer churn. Support with lead generation projects and retention strategy to enhance customer experience. Deliver a range of proactive and reactive customer service campaigns. Build customer relationships by deploying Internal CRM system. Support with mentoring and coaching for our Loyalty team. Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required. Essential Experience & Skills to Succeed: Proven track record of achieving Retention or Sales Targets. Minimum 1 years’ experience working in an inside sales and client Retention environment. Experience using CRM systems preferable but not essential. Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and relationship management skills. Career Incentive & Benefits: Competitive salary base of €25,000 increasing to €28,000 per year after completion of probation. €15,000 bonus per annum, including an over-exceeding bonus structure.
