HR Business Partner. Our client, a Shannon based major provider of technical & engineering services to the aviation sector are have now engaged exclusively with Cpl to fill a now vacant HR Business Partner position on an initial 12 month contract basis. This new role is an ideal opportunity for an existing HR BP or Generalist who is looking for a new challenge or the opportunity to move to a manufacturing/engineering multinational environment. The Job : Reporting to the site based HR Manager & acting as a key part of the HR team, the successful candidate will take ownership of duties across the HR spectrum including employee relations, L&D/training & coaching support, comps/bens management, recruitment, implementing new HR policies & procedures & acting as a key support to management & operations teams across the site. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified (or above) in a HR or related discipline. 3-4+ years relevant HR experience in a HR BP or Generalist role ideally within a manufacturing/engineering environment. Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels. Strong IT & reporting skills. The Offer : This position is being offered on an initial contract of 12mths & salary will depend on experience but is expected to be approx. 50k + benefits. ***Please note this role will be primarily office based so candidates would need to be based or move to the Clare/Limerick/Galway region.
