Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a new Product Specialist to join our Marketing Team on a full time, permanent basis. If you are a self-starter, with the ability to work effectively with key functions to develop our App and products, this could be the role for you. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Manager and will have the ability to influence improvements across our products and services for our customers. Your New Key Role Responsibilities Delivering new features to existing customer base. Maintaining product roadmap for new app features and improvements. Competitive analysis on a quarterly basis. Work closely with Mobile Development partner and internal stakeholders. Spot or diagnose any issues and be able to escalate and prioritise. Critical analysis and Reporting. Essential Skills & Experience Customer-centric individual with strong data analysis skills. Experience working with tools like AzureDevOps, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar. Excellent Excel capabilities and good attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Firebase or Power BI an advantage.
