With 300 employees and growing, we are seeking a Junior Sales Executive who will work in our Loyalty/Customer Retention Team on a full time basis at PrepayPower state of the art head office. The successful candidate will be highly target driven with strong experience working with retention or sales preferably in a Utilities industry. Our workplace is fast-paced and innovative. Your New Role Responsibilities: First point of contact for Retention calls - renegotiating customer contracts. Focus on minimising pre-churn via phone, SMS, email contact and use of various systems. Updating historical customer account around retention/cancellation issues. Maintaining daily/weekly and monthly retention KPI’s and achieve targets. Ad hoc phone-based customer service and sales activities as required Essential Experience & Skills to Succeed: Considerable attention to detail desired. Have excellent communication skills. Proven ability to work in a self-directed and organised manner. Experience in a similar role and using CRM systems is an advantage.
