HR Generalist. Sanderson of partnering with their Global leading client to recruit a permanent HR Generalist. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources you will enhance the management and development of the employee life cycle process to include recruitment and selection, on boarding, employee development, employee relations, remuneration and employee communication. Core Responsibilities. Assist the Talent Partner in the recruitment and selection process to support business needs. Manage the on boarding and off boarding process in line with company and compliance requirements. Line Manager support, coaching and development in the area of people management. Monthly support to Finance team in payroll and benefits preparation, employee metrics tracking. Monitor probation and performance management processes and track documentation. In conjunction with finance, manage remuneration programmes in agreement with the Head of Human Resources and group requirements. Employee relations, ensure compliance with the local legislation, compliance requirements and company policy. Support the heads of all departments in defining the budget for new hires. Support induction programs for new hires and relevant training plans for employees in collaboration with the relevant heads of department and in line with Compliance function requirements and consistent with group policy. Support the business in organisational change and development. Develop and support internal employee communication policy. Project support as required. Skills & Experience. Minimum 5 year's experience across a broad range of HR activities. HR qualification and good understanding of Employment Law. Experience of working in financial services sector, preferably in a regulated business. Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated, driven and ambitious with excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail. Capacity to assess and evaluate people. Ability to operate in a fast paced environment.
