Customer Service / Call Centre Jobs Our growing organisations are looking for experienced customer service advisors to join their fast-paced teams! We have locations across Dublin including city centre and West Dublin! Our clients offer competitive salaries and opportunities for progression! Salary: €26-30k DOE. As a customer service advisor, you will: Assist customers by phone, email, and internal chat systems. Liaise with internal departments to ensure a timely resolution for the customer. Administration support – assist customers with applications / registrations, keep up to date and accurate records of all correspondence, and respond to internal/external queries and information requests. Manage general queries and complaints. Required skills: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a call centre. Strong customer service skills. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
