Customer Success Manager - Enterprise. Working with an expanding Technology company who are looking to hire a Senior Customer Success Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will go above and beyond to help customers and provide them with an incredible experience every time. He/she will have great proactive relationships with customers, be knowledgeable on the company product direction and ensure that customers are always aware of new features additional value they can bring them. Duties include: Proactively own and manage the success of a portfolio of global enterprise-level customers. Responsible for the successful deployment and business adoption of the platform across your portfolio of customers. Create success plans for your customers and positively influence to ensure adoption, expansion and loyalty. Be an expert on the Platform, with a deep understanding of their technology and content. Consult with customers on their strategy and drive change across their organisation. Build and maintain relationships at the executive level by conducting regular Executive Business Reviews with customer champions in the C-suite and executive leadership. Develop and maintain product expertise, including best practices to provide value to customers. Represent the Voice of the Customer and share your customer expertise with the Product and Engineering teams to drive platform improvements and contribute to the product roadmap. Skills/experience required: 8+ years of B2B SaaS customer success or consulting experience working with global enterprise-level customers. Experience leading a team. Always seeks continuous improvement, has drive, ambition and great positive attitude. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the Executive level.
