Our client is a leading Main Contractor and Property Developer who operate throughout the UK and Ireland.   They have an urgent requirement for a Project Quantity Surveyor to oversee a major high-profile heritage upgrade project based on the South Coast.   The successful candidate will be the lead QS on this prestigious long term project (5-8 years.   You will be responsible for the management of all quantity surveying aspects of the project and ensure the effective delivery and reporting of all the financial requirements.   You will be Degree or Diploma qualified within Quantity Surveying and have at least 5-10 years’ work experience with a main contractor or property developer in the UK or Ireland.   This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award winning company working on a genuine high profile and long term contract.
