Global Sales & Revenue Director. Are you a highly experienced Sales leader with proven experience in managing a global function? Our client, a fast growing IT & software services multinational are now expanding their global leadership team & have partnered exclusively with Cpl to hire a Global Sales & Revenue Director. This is a newly created position & a truly rare opportunity for a dynamic & driven sales & marketing leader to further develop their career in the mid-west but with global reach. The Job : Reporting to the Global CEO. the successful candidate will, in essence, own the global Sales & Revenue function & be responsible for planning & executing strategy & budgets as well as leading the global team in diverse locations. You will design & communicate these strategies across the organisation to ensure year on year growth, analyse commercial & market trends as well as their impact on revenue, implement a culture of innovation amongst the team & act as a key commercial voice amongst the global leadership group. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified (or above) in a relevant discipline. 4-5+ years sales leadership experience within a multinational or globally focused environment. Experience gained in or exposure to the IT/technology, SaaS, or life sciences industry would be a significant advantage. Senior level networking, inter-personal & motivational skills. Strong IT skills. The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent role & salary range/total package is open depending on candidates skills & experience but will be at a significant level to match the remit required. **Please note this role will be a hybrid mix of 1-3 days in office & WFH but ideally candidates will be within a reasonable commuting distance of Limerick city.
