NTMA Graduate Programme 2022. We seek the best and brightest graduates to join our NTMA Graduate Programme, a programme that is designed to inspire, develop, and challenge future leaders. We have several exciting opportunities for talented and motivated graduates, commencing September 2022. The programme is 24 months in duration. In some instances, our graduate programme will consist of rotations across different business units. We are hiring for the following roles; Accounting Corporate Finance Finance & Economics. Continuous Improvement Credit and Lending Risk. Public Affairs & Communications. Our graduate programme includes: Competitive salary and 23 days annual leave. Education support and paid study leave.
