Currently recruiting experienced Sous Chef / Senior Sous for 4* Hotel in Co Cork. We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Senior Chef looking for a progressive opportunity to work within a privately owned and managed Hotel. Hotel offers a modern Restaurant, 200 seat Banquet facility, Private Dining and all day Bar style food menus.  Successful candidate will demonstrate flair and culinary talent in addition to proven team management and HACCP knowledge. You will be commercially aware with good communication skills and be responsible for menu design, costings, purchasing cycle and contribute positively to the overall management of the Kitchen. Candidates must have at least three years hands on experience in a similar establishment and wish to join a team dedicated to ensuring a great food experience and happy guests.
