 my Client, A Financial Services Organisation Is Seeking A Credit Underwriter-Residential Mortgages. This Is A Permanent Position, Based In Dublin.  The Primary Objective Is To Conduct Credit Analysis And Support The Underwriting Of Mortgages.  Key Responsibilities   · Prepare, Review And Analyse The Creditworthiness And Risk Implication Of Lending Applications   · Ensure Delegated Credit Authority Is Exercised.  · For Applications Above The Delegated Underwriting Authority Make Recommendations And Present To Management.  · Proactively Monitor Credit Policy And Performance On An Ongoing Basis.  · Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders   Requirements.
