Senior Financial Accountant | 65k. My client, a not-for-profit organisation are recruiting for a new Senior Financial Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is a brand-new role that will report into the Head of Finance. You will manager a small team of 3 qualified accountants. Ideal candidates will be Qualified and have some people management experience. Key Responsibilities. Support the Head of Finance in relation to requests for financial information. Preparation of annual Financial Statements. Assist with annual Audit. Management and review of the finance element of the Annual Service Arrangement process. Management and review of income recognition. Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts. Assist with Annual Budget preparation and forecasts. Develop cashflow forecasting templates and monitor on an ongoing basis. Manage and provide leadership to members of the Finance Team. Finance system development and enhancement. Key Requirements. Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years PQE. People management experience. High competency in Excel. Excellent Technical skills. Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines.
