The successful candidate will develop CIB’s strategic approach to the delivery of services, and, together with the other members of the management team, develop and implement the Board’s strategic priorities. The successful candidate will implement the Board’s information, advice and advocacy strategy with the Citizens Information and Advocacy Managers and teams and other members of the management team. By understanding the current and future demands on service delivery, he/she will continuously refocus resources to ensure they remain aligned with demand. By providing leadership and motivation the successful candidate will continuously develop the capabilities of the Citizens Information and Advocacy teams. He/she will effectively manage the deployment of staff, resources, and budgets in order to achieve agreed annual targets, and will develop and deliver a combined regional work plan for the delivery and development of services, to include operational plans and annual budgets.
