We are currently recruiting an experienced Bar and Restaurant Manager for a Luxury Hotel in Galway - this is a fulltime, permanent role. Successful candidate will have 3+ years Food and Beverage Management experience in excellent quality 4-5* Hotel properties or maybe currently managing a Brasserie / Bistro style Outlet.   This property enjoys a beautiful setting and location and is constantly busy. Your main role will be to manage daily Operations, taking responsibility for Food and Beverage service standards, cocktails, Wines, special Events including small Functions, guest relations, purchasing, cost management, staff training and development etc reporting directly to the Hotel Manager.
