Business Operations Program & Project Manager. Role Purpose: A leading telecommunications company is looking for a Business Operations Program and Project Manager to join their Dublin team. The Business Operations Program & Project Manager role will be responsible for leading strategically important and business critical projects, working across multiple groups within the business. They will be required to develop and own project activities to successful completion. The successful candidate will be a dynamic professional with a transformational approach to Business Operation areas, with the knowledge, skills, abilities and experience to design and execute projects and processes in a global environment supporting the Sourcing Organisation. Key Accountabilities: Lead the Tiered Pricing Program to ensure audit compliance. Lead the Ariba SAP global sourcing supplier onboarding program through effective process design/enhancement, reporting and leadership. Manage, control and own project data analysis and support teams on understanding data and implementing findings. Effectively develop and lead all project communication channels, ensuring key decision making to all stakeholders through to VP level. Manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously and understand project priorities in relation to the overall deliverables. Proactively anticipate and work towards mitigating risks to project execution and/or stakeholder engagement. Requirements Extensive work experience, in telecom Sourcing/procurement or related industries. Very strong stakeholder management and Customer First Focus. Ability to understand and deliver program management activities. A Project Management accreditation is essential - preferred PMI. Proven record for managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and within budget. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills, including ability to create presentations using MS Power Point/Google Docs and experience presenting to all levels of an organization. Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking that results in new ideas that drive the business forward. Track record of handling extremely confidential information appropriately.
