Key Account Manager - Capital Equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global manufacturer who are hiring their first in country person here in Ireland. The currently command over 75% market share and are looking for an experienced person to come on board to manage, retain and grow that base. You'll be dealing with Tier 1 manufacturers across a range of industries but mostly in Ireland's booming Medical Device sector and supplying them with bespoke engineering solutions to support their creativity and growth. Sounds great but what is the job? As a Key Account Manager you will look after core clients in your region to maintain market share and revenue volumes. Deep dive into client's activities, growth plans and seek out opportunities to further develop the relationship. Represent the business as a trusted advisor, being the focal point for all local queries and the go to guy in the industry for our range of products and solutions. Where possible attend meetings, conferences and trade shows (both domestic and international. What is needed for the job? 5 years experience selling engineering solutions to Manufacturing, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Markets in Ireland. A 3rd level qualification in engineering or related discipline is desired. Full working rights for Ireland and capacity to travel unrestricted in the EU.
