Inchydoney Island Lodge & Spa is a 4 star hotel and Spa overlooking the blue flag beaches of Inchydoney. Situated 2 miles outside of the award winning town of Clonakilty. Inchydoney Island lodge & Spa are looking to recruit all grades of Chefs.   The successful applicant must have at least two years’ experience, preferably in a four star hotel and have a proven experience of managing own section.  The successful application will thrive on working under pressure and will also be required to work on their own initiative, but be an excellent team player as well. Previous experience in a Chef De Partie role in a similar style operation. Proven track record of good standard of food and an eye for detail. Excellence in Hygiene standards. Various shifts available, including midweek shifts. Must be hardworking, work well within a small team environment and must be hands on. Fluent English is preferable but not essential. Previous experience in a busy 4* hotel is preferable but not essential. Salary is negotiable and will be in line with experience. Other benefits include:- Accommodation if required. Meals on Duty.
