Talent Acquisition Specialist Sanderson are recruiting a permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist for their international professional services client. Working as part of a busy HR team the Talent Acquisition Specialist will attract and develop key talent across all levels of the business. Taking a project management approach you will resource locally as well as internationally to secure the best talent for the business within experienced hires. Core Responsibilities Supporting the Recruitment Strategy. Support the Head of Recruitment on the development and execution of recruitment strategies across all areas of our business including senior level professionals. Engage effectively with all stakeholders in resource planning process, adding real value to the business. Support the recruitment budget and headcount approval process with a focus on direct sourcing from a very competitive domestic & international talent market. Sourcing talent. Work alongside the Marketing Team to support the development of engaging and creative recruitment campaigns. Leverage the extensive digital, social media and physical channels available to you to create, drive and maintain our employment brand presence. Own and drive your own sourcing methods to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline , optimising the numerous recruitment tools available to you. Driving process. Working closely with the management team to ensure the recruitment process runs as effectively and efficiently as possible, ensuring all stakeholders both internal & external receive a first class recruitment experience. Ensure best practice in the use of recruitment processes and tools. Be proactive and support all reporting and metric requests to ensure a strategic approach is kept within focus. Building relationships. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders - business partners and suppliers. Work closely with HR colleagues, Partners, Directors and Managers across the business to develop meaningful open and communicative relationships. Provide coaching, mentoring and support to junior members in the team. Develop relationships with your HR and recruitment colleagues across the Global network to facilitate the sharing of best practices. Skills & Experience. 3+ years' recruitment experience working in a fast paced in-house corporate environment. Solid commercial acumen and knowledge of the recruitment market. Relevant 3rd level qualification. Proficiency in the use of in-house Recruitment Management systems. Excellent relationship management skills - ability to influence senior business leaders.
