Sanderson has teamed up with a leading insurance group in search of a Business Analyst on a day rate contract. This role will involve working on a Direct Digitalisation project to mid-term adjustments. Requirements: Experienced Business Analyst (5+ years) within the financial services industry. Lean Six Sigma/PMP/Prince 2 Certification. Strong process and migration experience. Operational readiness stream. Scrum & Agile Experience would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Conduct process change/business process orientation. Conduct structural reviews. Tracking, monitoring and support for project. Write business requirements. Carry out analysis in line with legal requirements. Lead on process analysis for targeted efficiency areas. Define high level solution design.
