Our client is a leading main contractor who operate across the UK, Ireland and Europe within the high end residential, commercial, mixed use, education, healthcare, industrial, hotel and leisure sectors. They have an urgent requirement for a Senior Engineer to oversee a £40m residential new build in Clapham. The candidate: A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large scale Residential construction projects (to £50M. Stable career history with Main Contractors and/or Developers. 3rd level qualification. On offer is a highly competitive salary of circa £70 80K + benefits.
