Strong customer focus and attention to detail. Excellent administration skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and be PC Competent. Excellent time management A friendly manner is essential with the ability to build up customer relationships. Key Duties and Responsibilities: General admin duties Answering phones and directing calls. Assist with invoicing. Ordering equipment. Greeting callers to the showroom.
