Looking for a Legal Secretary with experience in Litigation for a leading law firm in Galway. In this role you will be supporting one or two partners and will be part of the wider litigation team. Key responsibilities: Document management: Manage high volumes of typing etters and other documentation; amending documentation as required. Court administration: Preparation of court documents and briefs; liaising with Case Handlers & Legal Counsel as required. Administration activities including filing, photocopying, booking couriers, answering the phone, booking. consultations, and taking messages for solicitors. Invoice management. File management: Open/ set up files. Key requirements. At least three years experience as a legal secretary in litigation. Experience in healthcare litigation. Experience of working in a fast-paced office environment. Strong communcation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all colleagues. Ability to plan and prioritise and manage multiple activities at one time. Good IT and systems skills.
