Account Manager (French. A leading global media company is looking for a proactive, innovative, and French-speaking individual to join their team as an Account Manager. This is a 12 month contract role (with view to be extended) and it is a great opportunity to become part of a high-achieving and dynamic team and will enable you to further your knowledge of the digital marketing world by getting to know both the customer and company side of the business. What you'll do: Serve as primary contact for specified advertising agencies, direct advertisers, and content partners in regard to all operational matters. Ensure timely and accurate campaign set-up including generation of insertion orders, receipt of advertising creative from advertising agencies, coordination of campaign scheduling, and partnering with Finance to recognise revenue. Manage campaigns; execute creative swaps and revisions, monitor campaign status and troubleshoot issues together with technical support teams. Meet individual and Team KPI's to achieve team goals and maintain 'gold standard' services across all digital platforms. Report any campaign/creative delivery issues to Operation Managers and/or Sales teams. Be responsible/work with partner teams to ensure successful delivery of ad campaigns. Liaise with clients and/or partner teams to ensure client satisfaction. What you'll have: Experience working in a digital advertising environment. Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment. Ability to maintain attention to detail whilst working under pressure and within tight deadlines. Demonstrate time management and prioritisation skills. Excellent communication and organisational skills. An inquisitive, analytical mindset with the desire to solve problems. Adept at managing stakeholder communications remotely via email and chat. Must demonstrate 'Team Player' spirit at all times. Passion for customer service and solution-focused orientation towards meeting client needs.
