A global leader in the gaming industry has a role available for the Head of Product Change to join their team in Dublin. The Head of Product Change will report to the Portfolio & Change Director and will be accountable for supporting the creation and successful delivery of a change strategy that helps to achieve competitive advantage for the organisation's Product System. The company holds a sharp focus on their enjoyment of products and safety when using them. The successful candidate will be required to navigate existing systems and processes, taking the best from the existing operation of the business and driving this forward to become best in class. The Head of Product Change will be accountable for leading the Product elements of the company's Transformation. The role will uplift the maturity of the Product functions as well ensuing in remains in lock-step with Technology. Key Responsibilities: Plan, mobilise and execute the overall Product System change agenda including product organisation, roles & responsibilities with in it, competencies, mentor, ways of working & toolset. Foster an organisational culture that embraces and thrives on change and partnering with our People function to drive the cultural change. Build and nurture relationships with all levels of partner, being confident in getting partner on board. Supervise the design and rollout of the overall product creation process within the product system, ensuring relevant communications are shared throughout the process. Plan and manage communications to amplify the impact of the Product System, confidently and credibly leading the business through this process. Lead on toolset vision, strategy, requirements elicitation and implementation to facilitate intended WoW across the Product System, seeking to raise the bar. Analysing and using data related to change, building insight, providing periodic reports, recommendations and action plans to divisional leaders to drive strategic decision-making. Key Requirements: Demonstrable experience of contributing to the creation and successful delivery of effective long-term change management strategies and communication plans, as well as successfully implementing them by influencing and leading others. Experience of internal/ external partner management. Confident and credible presenter, able to adapt communication styles for the relevant audience. Makes decisions that are well-informed and timely. Creative problem solver, able to look at alternatives and consider new ways of thinking to solve problems. Desired Skills: Collaborative, critical thinking, communication, data driven, customer and outcome focused.
