Team Leader - CAnalysts. Our client are an international service provider growing their Regional hub outside of Dublin and are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee a junior team. In this role you'll monitor performance, coach and hire staff to join the business. € 45-50k with bonus. What does the job require: Coaching, mentoring and leadership skills to oversee a team of 7-10 junior staff working in analytical roles. Manage daily schedules, assign workload and monitor activity of individuals on team. Mentor and support as they work their way through the business. Work internally with other teams on workloads, activity, client needs. Juggle a variety of projects to ensure the overall growth of the team, office and business. Skills required for the job: 3 years in a Supervisor or Team Lead capacity over an office based team# Bachelor level degree. Experience working in an analytical capacity a distinct advantage.
