Are you looking for a new permanent job? Do you hold exceptional Office Support, Customer Service and Financial Administration skills? West Dublin based organisation is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their busy, growing team to provide support to their customer base. Duties will include: Responding to and triaging all inbound queries and assistance requests. Communicating between internal departments to determine how to best assist the customer. Entering and updating all actions and customer information in to company CRM system  Managing inbound customer calls and responding to customer emails, queries and complaints. Financial administration – reviewing customer accounts in order to calculate refunds and credits due and processing same for the customer – strong numerical skills required. Creating and processing invoices, credit notes and payments for customers. Preparing daily reports for management to include detailed customer information  Administration assistance to overall team and management  This is an office-based position. Full social distancing measures are in place. Requirements : Strong experience in an administrative role (minimum 1 - 2 years. Experience in financial administration and / or strong numerical skills. Customer centric approach – focus on problem solving and customer satisfaction. Salary: €28,000. Location : Ballyfermot.
