Technical Support Administrator. Remote Role. Duties: The ability to assess and resolve client queries. Excellent telephone manner and pleasant disposition. Ability to impart technical knowledge and help. Professional, efficient and high-quality technical support to clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. Log queries on our internal software system. Ability to deal with a range of queries on how to operate the software and enhance the customer’s knowledge of software and user experience. Trouble shooting / resolving software and hardware queries. Responsible for allocated queries. Observance of confidentiality essential. Create Help documents and Training Tutorials.
