Business Development Consultant. Based in Tralee/ Dublin/ remote, this is an opportunity to lead a central pillar of growth within Sigmar through leveraging existing networks and channels, an iconic brand, exceptional recruiters and immense good will to deliver on the next phase of Sigmar International’s growth strategy. It will focus on growing Sigmar’s client footprint across new markets (tier 1 tech cities) in Europe, enhancing longer term/ higher value relationships/ opportunities with existing clients and brining new services to market.  In this new role, you will lead the execution of Sigmar’s market penetration strategy with the support of an experienced senior leadership and marketing team. This role will identify, activate and implement solutions for all service lines: Managed Services, Perm, Contract, Search, Talent Pin etc, across the IT category. ​ Business Development Duties. Lead the development and growth of new business across all service lines. Deliver to agreed revenue targets for new business. Work with the senior leadership team in designing a go-to-market strategy for new service offerings. Partner with managers in cultivating new service line opportunities from existing client relationships. Conduct market analysis to identify and develop new opportunities. Develop value proposition for portfolio of services. Deliver training on same internally and drive awareness of these solutions in the external market. Partner with senior leadership team in tender and proposal writing. Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders in planning resource allocation. Recruitment of on-site fulfilment/ service delivery teams. Develop a suite of project documentation per solution – Terms and conditions, process flows, SLA’s, reporting etc. Develop a network of relevant service providers to broaden our supply chain of vendors, enhancing our offering and building referral network. Responding to RFI’s /Tender Requests/ Bid invitations. Creating partnerships for channel opportunities with industry partners. In market brand building through leading out on Talent Summit and other strategic initiatives. New Product Development & Launch. New Product Development & launch. Develop unique value proposition based on evolving service/ product solutions. Conduct competitor analysis and market research. Map market and relevant decision makers across existing portfolio of clients. Activate warm introductions through existing channels, networks and client communities  Actively identify and win new business across targeted European cities (Tech hubs. Act as the face of the business in your designated territory, representing the business in initial engagement with potential new clients. Prospect, educate and develop new clients over the phone (cold-call/warm-call), through live video demos and face to face to win new business. On-board clients through annual licence agreements/ other pricing plans  Clearly follow company KPI’s & work within a process structured environment. Collaborate with fellow business development consultants & senior stakeholders. ​ Requirements. Minimum 2+ years’ experience in recruitment (more is always welcome!) Degree in business or technical related discipline, desirable not essential. Passion for winning new business. Adept communication and interpersonal skills.
