Operations / Senior Manager required for prominent GastroPub/Restaurant near Cork City. We are recruiting very experienced and accomplished Manager for this role who thrives on being constantly busy and who lives for the buzz. Always a very busy property and a stylish food destination this premised is undergoing further expansion and refurbishment.  Ideal candidate needs 3/4 years experience in a similar type business or 4* Hotel. Recruitment commences now in advance of reopening - in line with Government protocols. You will be fully responsible for day to day Front of House Operations and leading the service team.
