Hartley People Recruitment are looking to fill the position of Quality Assurance Officer on a part time basis. The Role:     Produce and organise relevant documents. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring arrangements for processing assessment information. To verify assessment materials and review constructive feedback being given to learners by the assessors. Be able to provide constructive feedback to assessors both verbally and in writing. Organise and schedule appointments and meetings. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms. To accurately complete all relevant paperwork in line with Hartley People Training quality standards. Be able to monitor and manage deadlines. Deliver training to assessors as required. Ensure effective communications within and between teams, be involved in and participate in meetings and team briefings. Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required. The Person:     Relevant work related experience in either education or quality control. Third level qualification is required. Proven experience working to strict deadlines in a high volume work environment. Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
