The Irish Times Group currently has entry-grade opportunities for journalists to work across digital and print.  If you are a recent graduate or in the early stages of your career and looking for an opportunity to develop a career in journalism, we would like to hear from you. The Irish Times Group offers a unique opportunity to develop careers in journalism across local regional titles and national news publishers.  The placement provides a unique opportunity to gain experience across our regional titles, the Western People, Roscommon Herald, the Nationalist and the Waterford News and Star, The Echo and Irish Examiner based in Cork and in The Irish Times based in Dublin. The successful candidates will gain valuable experience in producing all forms of content for digital and print platforms at an exciting time of change in media publishing. We are seeking applications from those who are committed to meeting the standards of care and accuracy, combined with scrupulous fairness, which are essential hallmarks of journalism across The Irish Times Group.  Flexibility, initiative, drive and motivation are key to the success of the graduate opportunity.
