Working in partnership with our client, a well established Accounting firm ,based in Waterford.  Hartley People Recruitment are looking to fill the position of Receptionist/Administrator.     The Role:     Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally. Draft, format, and print relevant documents. Organize and schedule appointments. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Assist in General Office administration. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required. The Person:      Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role. A strong, detailed oriented typist. Previous expreience in dictaphone typing – Highly Desirable. Must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
