HR Generalist. Sanderson is recruiting for a permanent HR Generalist for it Global entertainment client. Providing the best possible support to employee and people managers will be at the heart of this role. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will work closely with the rest of the HR team to ensure that all HR administration and operational needs are met. The role supports multiple retail sites and the head office. Role Responsibilities. Working closely with HR Manager, managing recruitment processes end to end, from advertising posts through to job offers. Assisting and advising management and associates on company policy queries and employee relations issues. Providing coaching and mentoring support to managers and associates as required. Working closely with managers to provide a customer focused and highly effective HR service. Collaborate with business and departments to ensure employee training and development needs are met and supported. Ensuring that all HR matters are dealt with in accordance with local employment law. Managing grievance and disciplinary investigations as required. The Person. To be successful in this position you will need to be enthusiastic, confident and hardworking and flexible to deal with ambiguity. Maintain a high service level towards our staff and to be extremely structured and organised in their approach. Good communication skills and a service mind set is critical. Experience & Qualifications. Expert verbal and written communication skills. Proficient knowledge in Irish employment law. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, diverse work environment. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role. Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
