Marketing Data Analyst - Cork. Working with a leading multinational IT company Cork back looking to hire a Marketing Data Analyst. The successful candidate will analyse data and make recommendations on the insights found and improve their Data Suite. Strong Tableau is essential. He/she will work closely with regional marketing teams, and enables the International marketing department to make key decisions to maximize ROI. Duties include: • Identify and solve problems in a dynamic environment. • Develop a strong understanding of Marketing and business requirements. • Define, design, develop and deploy reports across various platforms; Tableau, Excel, Salesforce, etc. • Create, update and manage the International Marketing suite of reports across both Channel and Direct activity. • Provide trend analysis and actionable recommendations across the Marketing function. • Leverage advanced Tableau capabilities. • Deliver relevant insights to key stakeholders. • Produce ROI and performance reporting on International Marketing activity, including but not limited to: Partner Incentive program, MDF, Campaigns, Lead Gen tactics, KPIs, etc. • Prepare, track and maintain quarterly forecast plans for all International markets. • Responsible for data journey processes [lead loads, list pulls, etc.] and driving data hygiene best practices. Skills/Qualifications required: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or other analytics-related discipline. • 2+ years of experience with Tableau dashboard design and delivery. • Mastery in Microsoft Excel. • Proficient in Salesforce CRM & Tableau. • Heavy data analyst experience. • Marketing and/or marketing analysis experience an advantage.
