HR Manager. Sanderson are now recruiting for an HR Manager for their leading Global entertainment client to support colleagues in multiple sites in Ireland and within the head office. You will lead the HR function and partner with business leaders as well as lead a team of 3 HR professionals. The successful person will join an entrepreneurial business that is investing heavily in its infrastructure and business strategy worldwide. This role will have significant contact with international colleagues and participate in a variety of HR projects across the region. Core Duties. Lead the HR function and the delivery of HR programmes within the Irish business. Manage a team of high performing HR professionals committed to delivering HR excellence. Own the delivery of HR policies and practices whilst effectively supporting business goals and maintaining a flexible, innovative performance culture. Guide, coach, and influence people leaders to be effective and inspirational leaders. Prepare HR metrics to influence action, improve performance, and inform decision making. Manage employee relations cases and investigations ; performance management, conflict resolution, and employee concerns. Responsible for the full recruitment cycle of new talent and work closely with employees regarding employee engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and peers to share best practice to develop people strategies. Development of HR process improvement and design. Skills and Experience. A degree in HR or a related discipline & 5+ years of experience in a HR Manager role. Commercial awareness. Excellent communication & influencing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Proven ability to multi-task and adapt rapidly to changes in business needs. Experience across a range of HR disciplines with a knowledge of relevant legislation. Good knowledge of leading trends in the field of Human Resources, including HRIS and reporting.
