Global Recruitment Lead (Manager) Role Summary: Sanderson is recruiting for a permanent Recruitment Lead that will support and drive a proactive recruitment service for our Global Tech client. As recruiting manager you will ensure a premium recruitment service to the business whilst leading a team, managing budgets, managing c level stakeholders, analysing metrics and reports as well as delivering recruitment process improvements. You will set the recruitment strategy ensuring alignment to talent management and career development processes. You will partner with key stakeholders to understand their talent requirements to source top quality candidates. Core Responsibilities. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, responsible for global talent acquisition needs. Build strong working partnerships with key stakeholders in finance, HR and other business areas to respond quickly to the changing needs of the business and align solutions to meet them. Facilitate a fair and unbiased recruiting process through collaboration and with a focus on initiatives to increase diversity into the talent pipeline. Reporting accurately on timelines, metrics, and expectations. Develop and lead with a data driven mind-set leveraging comprehensive recruiting metrics to drive operational rigor. Continually conduct market analysis; best practices, competitors, talent pools/insights and market changes. Be proactive in forecasting and ensuring accountability to hitting targets. Monitor and record all costs and other recruitment data to measure success of campaigns and attraction methods. Generate, interpret, and circulate accurate and appropriate scheduled updates, reports, and management information to all stakeholders. Manage and own 3rd party vendor relationships including conducting reviews, reporting, contract set up. Develop & manage multiple resourcing supplier routes to market, putting in place efficiency measures & regular review processes. Manage candidate experience ensuring 100% accuracy in on- boarding activities and be involved in the development & maintenance of all on-boarding material. Participate in compensation benchmarking exercises. Promote the employer brand and manage university liaisons and the Graduate Programme. Continually expand market knowledge and networking to introduce the latest methods and approaches to recruitment. Experience and Skills: Business or HR degree. Demonstrated ability and successful track record in resourcing, particularly via direct resourcing. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes coupled with extensive interviewing experience. Social media savviness with a passion for optimising digital recruitment tools. Recruitment experience across EMEA, APAC and Americas regions. Experience in negotiating service level agreements and terms and conditions. Experience of using a variety of sourcing solutions across global geographies.
