Hartley People Recruitment are seeking a Training Program Coordinator to join a well know and expanding Manufacturing Company based in Waterford. This person will report into the Director of Operations. Duties/responsibilities:  Manage communication & support of scheduling for internal and external training events.  Conduct employee induction.  Source & manage 3rd party training providers.  Continuously evaluate existing processes, employee skills and propose areas of improvement.  Responsible for the record keeping of all training documents.  Coordinate training plans and reports.  Defining metrics and measurement systems for qualifying training outputs and employee upskilling.  Work with Operations and Finance for reporting and training documentation submittals. The ideal candidate:  Previous experience within a Training Coordinator role would be a distinct advantage.  A 3rd Level Degree in HR or equivalent is required. CIPD membership preferred.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.  Understand training systems and documentation.  Experience in developing internal training and development programmes.  Experience in executing training programmes.
