Working in Partnership with our client, a Waterford based Manufacturing company, Hartley People are looking to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner for an exciting opportunity in a growing company. This is a full time permanent position and offers an attractive salary and scope for career progression. The Role: Be a key member of the HR team supporting operational employees and managers on-site. Developing and implementing HR strategies. Lead organizational change initiatives. Drive individually defined HR related projects. Develop HR policy and documentation in line with the company’s corporate vision. Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans. The Person: 3rd Level qualification in HR or equivalent. 5+ years experience in a HR Role. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment – Advantageous. Strong knowledge of progressive HR programs processes and tools. Be a self-starter who is motivated and capable of working on own initiative and drive.
