Store Manager. Are you an experienced retail professional with a strong store/branch management profile who is now looking for a new challenge? Our client, a highly successful & strongly customer focused nationwide retail operation are now looking to fill a vacant Store Manager position in their flagship Limerick site soif you're interested, please apply! The Job : Based in store & reporting to the nationwide retail operations manager, your role will focus on all aspects of operations & customer management including maximising overall store sales & achieving sales targets, setting out store displays & merchandising/marketing materials, ensure company procedures & policies are adhered to, leading/motivating the floor sales team & ensuring best in class customer service across all departments. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3-4+ years in a similar level retail operations managementrole. Proven people management skills. Excellent consultative selling & customer services experience. Experience in interior design, planning or a related field would be an advantage. 3rd level qualification would be an advantage. The Offer : This position is being offered on a permanent basis with salary depending on skills/experience but expected to be approx 34-38k with excellent future career development prospects on offer to the successful candidate.
