Quantity Surveyor (housing) - North Dublin. A respectable building main contractor are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage, procure and oversee residential new build contracts located in Ballycoolin, Ireland. The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing day to day / weekly activities on-sites throughout their project lifecycle while working with the Site Management Team to ensure the successful delivery of the project on time and within budget. This is a full-time site / head office based role with some site visits. Required Experience: • Minimum of 3-5 years’ post-graduate experience with a building contractor. • Qualified to Degree Level.
