The European Union has launched an open call for expressions of interest for Contract Staff with experience in project / programme management (grades FG III and FG IV). Recruited staff at grade FG III will mainly work on: • Project/programme management including planning, monitoring, evaluation, project. • closure and post project activities. • Financial Expenditures. • Quality management and evaluation. • External communication - Public information. Recruited staff at grade FG IV will mainly work on: • Calls for proposals and calls for tender – promotion, evaluation and negotiation. • Project/programme management including planning, monitoring, evaluation, project closure and post project activities. • Internal and external communication and dissemination of information. • Internal co-ordination and consultation. • Representation and external coordination.
