Prestigious Healthcare Company have a newly created permanent opportunity available for a Risk Analyst. The successful candidate will assist in the development and management of the Risk Management Framework within Health & Wellbeing. The Risk Analyst can be based in the Dublin or Kilkenny office, currently this position is fully remote working in the future this position will be a mix of remote and office based. Key Responsibilties. Support the Head of Operational Risk with tasks focused on the development and enhancement of the organisation's Risk Management Framework. Assist in identifying emerging risks or trends in risk events that have been reported by the first line of defense. Support the planning, preparation and rollout of risk workshops and training across the organisation. Support the Risk Management Function oversight of third party suppliers and outsourcing arrangements and compliance with internal standards policy. Assist with the development and maintenance of the organization's Risk Framework including Risk Policies and Risk Appetite Statement. Support the Head of Operational Risk in working with the various business units to identify and report risks and control opportunities. Assist business units in developing and enhancing risk mitigation actions and tracking the status of major risk mitigation activities throughout the company. Conduct risk, control and framework adherence reviews within the Risk Monitoring Plan. Qualifications and Experience. Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math, or equivalent third level qualification. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a risk management role; preferably within an advisory firm. A Professional Diploma in Risk is also desirable. Proven experience in assisting with the assessment and articulation of risks in complex businesses environments.
