This role is an analytical and administrative role and is very interesting and some fun too!  It requires excellent listening skills along with excellent attention to detail. This role will be working from home initially and then full time in the office in Dublin once restrictions are lifted.  Due to current Restrictions, if you live in France and want to relocate to Ireland, this Client will assist with Hotel Quarantine.   Responsibilities for this Role will include but will not be limited to : Verifying and reviewing information. Following all compliance and security measures relating to client data. Gathering information via calls to Businesses within specific country locations. Making outbound calls when necessary. Working to a high degree of accuracy. Working in a rapid changing environment. Working with high profile Tech. Listening to and analysing outbound calls to businesses and gathering information on how Businesses react to calls. Gathering information on information before, during and end of call. Gathering data on business behaviour towards calls. Reports and System updating. Experience required for this Role : Written and spoken fluent French. Written and spoken fluent English. Some office experience preferably in Administration or Data Analysis. You need to have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You need to be able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision. Experience in data analysis and reporting a strong advantage. Familiar with Social Media and Online Advertising a strong advantage. Experience or knowledge of Tech is a strong advantage.
