Working in partnership with our client, a Waterford based Contact Centre. Hartley People Recruitment are actively recruiting for an Operations Manager . This is a full time permanent role with an attractive salary and hours of operation. This role requires a strong people/process management background. The Role: Managing daily operations, performance and processes. Manages operations requirement in terms of efficiency and Service levels. Initiates and coordinates process changes required for smooth functioning of the department Reviews and assesses impact of changes within department and other related functions / departments. Guides, mentors and coaches Team leaders. Plans and reviews quality initiatives. The Person: 5+ years of core Operations. Strong understanding of CRM and CC / Sales / Retentions management, able to build/design products & services.
